Challenge: The client needed a lightweight, durable, and custom-fit enclosure for a new robotic arm, with a fast turnaround for a trade show.
Our Solution: We used SLS 3D Printing with Nylon PA 12 for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and ability to create complex internal lattices for cooling. The part was delivered in 4 days.

Outcome: The final part was 40% lighter than a machined equivalent and passed all durability tests, enabling a successful product launch at the trade show.
Challenge: Create a highly detailed and color-accurate model of a new high-rise building for a crucial investor presentation.
Our Solution: Using our Multi-Color FDM capabilities, we printed the model in multiple sections, ensuring precise color representation for different materials like glass, steel, and greenery.
