Assessing the Challenges

The building, originally constructed in the early 1980s, was functional but outdated. Key challenges included an aging HVAC system, inefficient floor layouts, outdated interiors, and a worn-out exterior facade. Additionally, since the location was in a busy downtown area, we needed to carefully manage logistics to avoid disrupting neighboring businesses and city traffic.

Crafting a Tailored Solution

Our team at Pro Construction designed a comprehensive renovation plan that would update the building inside and out. We started by redesigning the lobby to create a bright, welcoming space with natural materials and contemporary lighting. Office floors were reconfigured to allow open-plan workspaces, flexible meeting rooms, and collaborative zones. At the same time, the building systems were upgraded to energy-efficient models, and we reclad the facade with modern panels that enhanced the building’s profile without losing its original character.
