Many of the buildings were constructed over two decades ago and showed signs of wear, including inefficient layouts, outdated mechanical systems, and uninspired common areas. The biggest challenge was to revitalize the spaces without requiring complete reconstruction, balancing cost efficiency with a high-end, modern finish.
